Prior to Cuckooz, Charlie founded Blackfish in 2013, a Hong Kong company specializing in the acquisition and analysis of investment property located throughout the UK, Europe, Asia and America. Charlie has been running Cuckooz (alongside Fabienne) for the past 12 months whilst also becoming a mother for the first time in January. Cuckooz Nest comes from first-hand experience of juggling childcare and being self-employed. Prior to moving to Asia in 2010, she worked for private residential developers in London and the UK, where she was responsible for the sourcing, structuring and executing of land and development opportunities. Charlie graduated with honours from the University of Warwick where she read Law and subsequently studied for her MSc in Project Management at the University of Reading – School of Construction Management and Engineering.
