Ekanut is an extensive experienced senior executive in property and hospitality real estate, covering end-to-end business cycle in build, operate and sale. He has been working in multi-unit corporate roles in Business Development and Asset Management as well as Finance and Investment, including managing development process of various types of real estate, especially hotels, service apartments and commercial real estates across Thailand.

As a Chief Operating Officer at Boutique Corporation Public Company Limited (“Boutique”), a leading real estate developer and asset manager that focuses on the Build-Operate-Sell model in hotel, service apartment and commercial real estates (Boutique to date has developing 17 hospitalities with over 2,450 rooms and 4 commercial real estates), Ekanut oversees all aspects of the company’s business and growth from business development, acquisition, fund raising, asset management to exit of investment. Involved in strategic direction of Boutique, Ekanut is one of the key persons for the company to achieve its goal in becoming a leading real estate powerhouse.  

Prior to joining Boutique in 2012, Ekanut’s professional experience included being a Vice Present of Investment at Evolution Capital Public Company Limited, managed a private equity fund for hospitality investment and development in Thailand. In addition, he used to work at The Erawan Group Public Company Limited, where he gained extensive experience in hotel development.  Ekanut holds MBA from University of Denver, USA, and Bachelor in Architecture from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.
